Secretlabs DSM (Data Security Manager) allows setting quorum policies for groups of accounts, meaning
all security-sensitive operations within the group require quorum approval.
Quorum policies are defined as a combination or subset of quorum groups in the form of (M of N approvers), where M is the minimum required number of approvals out of the total group administrators, N. Policies can also include not only the size of the quorum but specific identities that make up the quorum, and advanced policies are combinations of quorum rules. For instance, a quorum can be defined as "one among user A and B" or "three among users C, D, E, F, G.
